HI – I am on day 4 of my cleanse. Everything seems to be going fine – not hungry and feel pretty good. However, I feel like I have NOTHING left in my colon. I cannot go anymore and if I do the salt water flush it runs clear. Should I still continue with the cleanse? Does anyone know how to get these answers?

I am on day six of the cleanse. I had the day off today so I decided to try the SWF. The only thing that happened was I felt blotted, tasted salt all day and my bm were all fluid, nothing flushed out off my lg intestines. I’m finding that I had better results with the laxative tea morning and night. Is it unusual to only pass fluid with the SWF? Or am I doing something wrong?

i completed 3 days of the master cleanse i just started again im pushing for 5 days and im gonna use the sea salt this time around wasnt sure on how to take it should i boil the water like my tea or i can drink it cold

Does it matter what kind of water you use for the salt water flush? does it have to be distilled like the lemonade? thankss!

what is the purpose of thelaxative if the flush will make u have a BM? isnt that too much Bm?

I did the salt water flush with 1tablespoon of natural sea salt and a liter of pure water. 2 hours later I have not had a movement. I could do it again, but I’m worried I will have taken too much salt than I should have in a day. Any ideas?

Do you have to drink a liter of water with the seasalt or can you get away with less.

I’m on day 2 of my master cleanse. This is my first time doing the cleanse, and the first time I’ve ever taken a laxative. I took a laxative last night, as recommended. I did not, however, drink the salt water. I still have not had a bowel movement and its almost noon. I didn’t do the flush because I didn’t have the salt. Is that why I havent passed waste? Should I take more laxative at night? Thanks!
