This is my first time doing the cleanse, and the first time I've ever taken a laxative. I took a laxative last night, as recommended. I did not, however, drink the salt water. I still have not had a bowel movement and its almost noon. I didn't do the flush because I didn't have the salt. Is that why I havent passed waste? Should I take more laxative at night? Thanks!
