When comes to the Master Cleanse Recipe, most of us know what is needed for a single serving. However, there is a lack of information on how much ingredients one needs to purchase. Let us take a look at the quantities needed for a 10 day master cleanse.
Typically, for a day, one would need to consume around 6-10 glasses of lemonade, with each serving around 10 oz of lemonade.
Assuming you are taking around 60 oz of lemonade daily. Below will be the specific recipe you would need.
For 6 servings…
60 oz water per day (10 oz per serving)
12 tablespoons Organic Grade B Maple Syrup (or 2 tablespoon per serving)
12 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (or 2 tablespoon per serving)
1 teaspoon plus 1/5 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or 1/10 tablespoon per serving). 3 teaspoons is approximately equal to 1 tablespoon.
These are the ingredients you would roughly need to prepare the recipe for the whole of 10 days. Do your own calculations if you are not planning to do 10 days of master cleanse..
40 lemons if you are using a lemon juicer. It will roughly give you 12 tablespoons each day. (based on the calculation that 1 lemon would give you 3 tablespoons).
1 bottle of 64 oz Organic Grade B Maple Syrup. 60 oz of maple syrup would be required for the 10 days cleanse.
600 oz of distilled water. Based on 10 oz of distilled water for each serving.
2 bottles of cayenne pepper powder. 45g of cayenne pepper powder would give you 10 teaspoons.

Hi, I was wondering if you have to use real lemons or if you can use lemon juice you can buy? please reply to almostforever@live.com thank you.
Yes you have to use real, fresh lemons for the enzymes
I’m on my second week… 1st wk was tough. I took a 2 day break; now the 3rd day of wk 2. I use a 1/2 gal container which holds 6 cups + little more (8 oz.ea), 4 lemons gives 2 TBsp. of juice each, squeezed in electric jucier, add 10 – 12 TBSP. Maple Syrup grade A to the container (I use funnel), place the ingredients in container.. add maybe 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper & shake well. If I feel I can add a tiny bit more pepper, I do so in the glass. I also use a straw to cut down on the lemon on my teeth. The 2nd wk is much easier than the 1st… I was craving something to ‘chew on’ the first 2 days in the 1st wk. I find it easier to mix everything together in my 1/2 gal. container. This is sufficient for 1 day for me.
