I'm on my second week... 1st wk was tough. I took a 2 day break; now the 3rd day of wk 2. I use a 1/2 gal container which holds 6 cups + little more (8 oz.ea), 4 lemons gives 2 TBsp. of juice each, squeezed in electric jucier, add 10 - 12 TBSP. Maple Syrup grade A to the container (I use funnel), place the ingredients in container.. add maybe 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper & shake well. If I feel I can add a tiny bit more pepper, I do so in the glass. I also use a straw to cut down on the lemon on my teeth. The 2nd wk is much easier than the 1st... I was craving something to 'chew on' the first 2 days in the 1st wk. I find it easier to mix everything together in my 1/2 gal. container. This is sufficient for 1 day for me.
