Here are the ingredients you would need to prepare the lemonade. Please follow these exact ingredients and do not make any substitutions as it may have adverse effects on your body. These are the main ingredients for the Master Cleanse Recipe..

Organic Lemons

Grade B Organic Maple Syrup (not the maple syrup on the breakfast table)

Cayenne Pepper (preferably powdered instead of capsules)

Unrefined Sea Salt

Filtered Water


Optional Ingredients:

Laxative tea

Natural Herbal Tea (decaffeinated)

 

For the lemons, it is essential that you get the fresh lemons instead of those canned lemons. Also it would be best to have the lemons fresh. If you want to make the lemonade all at one go, you can only keep the lemonade for the most 8 hours in the fridge. This is something that most people don’t know.. If you keep the lemonade more than 8 hours, the lemon juice taste would turn bad because the lemons would be oxidized.

Maple Syrup – it would be best if it’s organic, grade B maple syrup. This type of maple syrup is different from the maple syrup we placed on our breakfast table every morning.

Cayenne pepper – This is one of the most valuable herbs on earth. Many new master cleansers wanted to swap this with cinnamon or other ingredients but they are wrong. This is one of the most important elements in the diet that helps you eliminate the toxins in your body.

For the lemonade drink, 1 serving, you would require

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of maple syrup

1/10 tablespoons of cayenne pepper

10 oz of filtered water

 

You should be able to consume from 6 – 12 servings of lemonade a day. If the lemonade is mixed correctly, the lemonade would be tasty and the cayenne pepper can give you a real surprise.
